Integritee Network: Roadmap 2025

As we step into 2025, we are excited to share our upcoming roadmap. Each milestone aims to get us closer to achieving the mission of delivering cutting-edge privacy solutions while empowering a decentralized, scalable, and secure network. This year’s focus will be releasing new features, developing Incognitee further, and bridging our solutions across other ecosystems. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what’s in store for the year ahead.

Q1: Laying the Foundation

The first quarter of 2025 is focused on solidifying the base for Incognitee’s growth and adoption. Several foundational projects will pave the way for the network’s expansion.

We will continuously release new SDK versions 0.16–17–18 of our sidechain throughout the quarter, ensuring developers have access to enhanced features and capabilities. Next up is the launch of a community-driven initiative to spread the word about Incognitee and onboard new users and developers.

The launch of Incognitee Mainnet on Polkadot Assethub (Beta version) is one of the most significant milestones, as we bring Incognitee to Polkadot’s Assethub, opening up opportunities for broader use cases.

Bridging TEER from Kusama Parachain to Polkadot Parachain is yet another important goal we plan to achieve this year. This will strengthen interoperability within the Polkadot ecosystem by bridging our token between some major chains. We expect the Hydration DEX listing process — which kicked off last year — to be completed this quarter, enabling TEER to be traded on Hydration, thus providing additional liquidity and accessibility.

Q2: Expanding Interoperability

In Q2, the focus shifts to enhancing cross-chain capabilities and accessibility. Bridging TEER to Ethereum and other ERC-compatible chains will expand TEER’s reach and unlock new DeFi and Web3 integrations.

In order to increase our presence, in the second quarter of this year we will also see a new DEX listing. We will also be releasing the Sidechain SDK v 0.19–20–21 along the way.

The plan to launch Incognitee Mainnet on Kusama Assethub (Beta) extends Incognitee’s footprint. After that, our team intends to launch Incognitee on other parachains to diversify the network by integrating with additional parachains within the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems.

Q3: Strengthening the Ecosystem

Q3 centers around making the network more robust and inclusive, namely by releasing a new sidechain SDK v 0.22–23–24. Taking Incognitee to Ethereum and compatible ecosystems to drive adoption across the broader blockchain landscape is the next step.

The release of external Validateers for Incognitee will empower decentralization by enabling external parties to validate the network. On the other hand, introducing nomination mechanisms will enhance validator selection and network governance.

Q4: Achieving Maturity

In the final quarter of 2025, Incognitee will solidify its position as a fully mature and scalable network. The Sidechain SDK will reach version 1.0.0, marking a milestone in developer experience and reliability.

The Incognitee Mainnet will transition into a stable production state, ensuring its stability and reliability. Integration with popular wallets will enhance accessibility, making the network more user-friendly. Furthermore, Incognitee will expand to additional blockchains, which may include Cardano, Avalanche, and others, furthering its interoperability and reach.

The 2025 roadmap reflects Incognitee’s commitment to innovation, decentralization, and privacy.
